Terms & Conditions
- We are obliged to meet our clients at 2 separate meetings, if time permits, to deliver the
perfect trip. - TripOholic Service Fees are consultation fees, it’s charged on your second meeting
“Reservations Meeting”, and it’s non-refundable. - Trip Daily schedule will be sent to you 1-2 weeks before departure.
- Your Package files are confidential for your personal use.
- Arranging the proper travel documents is the responsibility of the travelers.
- Cancellation to any of the hotels booked shouldn’t be less than 21 days ahead of the trip not
to pay any cancellation fees. - Airlines cancellation fees are set by each airline for international flights and its non-
refundable for domestic flights. - Schedule Changes should be at least 24hrs before any activity to avoid any cancellation fees
from the tour companies (and it’s referred to as Trip Fare on the schedules), failing in doing
so will result in paying 25-50% of the trip cost, also being late for your pickup for more than
15mins as it’s a shared transport. - Private Day trips can be cancelled or edited anytime without any charges (and it’s referred to
as Driver Fare on the schedules) but out of courtesy to our local team we request in case of
cancellation to be notified 1 night ahead. - The full day trips are for 10 hours & for every extra hour there’s a charge of 50k IDR(Bali).
- We always try to be on time to give you the best service for your trips and we request that
you be too, not to miss your trip program as the pickup time is usually set according to
what’s best for each trip. - We always request if you can send us some pictures of your trip so we can share them on our
online pages & to review your trip on our Facebook page upon your return. - We Kindly request to tag us in your online posted pictures, TripOholic on Facebook &
Tripoholiceg on Instagram. - We are always there for your help so please feel free to ask for it whenever needed, just limit
your communication with our team in Egypt & in our international destinations.
